Why OS

Is this for you?

We invite you to pause for a moment and check in - which thought resonates with you more?

A) My company’s success depends mostly on forces outside - the market, the economy, or luck.

B) My company’s success depends mostly on forces inside - our strategy, team and execution.

If you lean towards B, this workshop is designed for you.

Why scaling gets hard

The hardest scalability challenges - and their solutions - rarely can be solved by only looking at the market. They causes and solutions are in the friction between your Strategy, Execution, and Team.

Most CEOs know there is no silver bullet for anything. Just as Product-Market Fit comes through iteration, also scalability is achieved through the sum of many internal adjustments, not one heroic fix.

The question is: What exactly should change, and in what order?

This workshop offers a clearer map to see it.

Journeys we've supported

Since 2020, we’ve supported founders navigating these internal shifts:

  • Jobilla: Scaled the team from 15 people to 200+.

  • Shen.ai: Grew from pre-revenue to €1M+ ARR.

  • Interactio: Raised €30M+ in funding.

  • K-Rent (€15M ARR) → CEO Ilze Maca reports that leadership became easier and more productive after our work together.

Workshop - December 10, 2025. 10:00 CET (11:00 EET)

Part I - The Framework (10:00–10:40)

We will cover:

  • The scalability dimensions & interaction: How Strategy, Execution, and Team and their interaction either block or enable growth from the inside.

  • The hidden mistakes: The costliest errors management teams make in these three dimensions.

  • The Backbone: A practical system to improve scalability step-by-step.

  • Core team exercise: A process you can run with your own team to spot blockers and get aligned.

Part II - The Practice (10:40-11:20) [Optional]

For those ready to go deeper, we open the breakout rooms:

  • Peer Exchange: Get an outside perspective 1:1 from another executive

  • Main-room Q&A for specific answers to your real-time questions.

Note: You will receive a template for an optional follow-up conversation with your peer buddy to keep the insights going.

You will walk away with

  • Clarity: Insight into what is blocking your growth from the inside.

  • Ideas: Concrete ideas to upgrade your company’s scalability immediately.

  • A Map: A deeper understanding of how to make your Strategy, Team, and Execution work for you, not against you.
