Masterclass “The World of Little People”
The Masterclass is held by Elizabeth Schnugh in Tartu on October 29 - November 1.
Elizabeth Schnugh – Seeker by heart and apprentice of the late Théun Mares, started her career as a Chartered Accountant. She was Financial Director of a multi-national company subsidiary for many years. As she reached the height of her career, and as her work brought her into touch with an increasingly wide cross-section of people, Elizabeth began to realise that her talents and fate did not lie in the corporate world but in helping people to help themselves. In 1991 she embarked upon a new journey, first of all, training in the humanitarian disciplines, and then in 1996 becoming a full-time teacher.
Elizabeth has a simple, honest and highly practical approach in guiding people to look within their unique life experiences to find their own answers. This approach is immensely uplifting and empowering, since you will learn how to solve any problem or challenge that comes your way.
Why are the founders joining our events?
Some founders know well what they want to achieve and would like to use support in getting there; some founders cannot verbalize what they are looking for, but they have a feeling that can be expressed. The event is designed to support you to learn new things about yourself and find answers to your questions, which are in the form of feelings or needs.
Feelings: You might feel that something is missing or not adding up, something is wrong with your relationship with yourself or your company, therefore things don't feel right, you feel there must be something more to your work and life.
Goals: You want to speed up your self-discovery, gain more clarity on how to grow your company, and become a better leader.
About the Masterclass
This is a course about relationships, and therefore, if you are a parent, we do not propose to tell you how to raise your children. We will guide you towards rediscovering the forgotten child, which lurks within us all, and through this enable you to see the world once again from the child's perspective.
Being stuck in what are quite often the petty problems of the adult world, we rarely, if ever, come in touch with the child's sense of fun, spontaneous humor, and natural love for all life. It is, therefore, no wonder that we all too often shout and scream at our children, instead of appreciating and enjoying the wondrous gifts they bring us.
Before you come to the event, think about the biggest problems you are struggling with. Is it a recurring challenge? Is it about a specific relationship or situation?
Are you willing to speed up your self-discovery and gain clarity for growing your business?
The course starts Thursday afternoon, 14.00 and finishes on Sunday evening with a dinner together. For those able to extend their stay, a voluntary post-course follow up meeting will take place between 14.00-19.00, Tuesday, November 3, 2020. It is highly recommended you
attend such a follow-up meeting.

The .Cocoon program gave us valuable new perspectives to approach our challenges. And since we attended the event together with my co-founder, it was quite easy to take the learnings back to the company and start making changes. I'm surprised how we managed to get further within 2 days than we had managed to get in the last months.
