Customer Success Manager

.Cocoon is a self-discovery program for startup and scaleup founders. Our clients are mostly based in Europe. Our headquarters are in Tartu, Estonia. The working language is English. Our team leads by example - self-discovery through individual and team-effort is on our regular menu. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

In one sentence - once a person has decided to join .Cocoon, ensure that everything goes smooth.

  • Day-to-day management of the mentoring program service delivery to all mentees.

  • Support clients and mentors: onboarding, program management, support, process administration.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO

  • Is interested in self-discovery and working on it;

  • Is detail-oriented, precise, and timely;

  • Is based in Latvia or Estonia and speaks English - we have an international team and clients. English is the main working language;

  • Likes being in service to others;

  • Is good at learning and using process management software (e.g., Asana, Zendesk, etc.);

  • Loves communicating with people.
