How it works 

The program will prove beneficial for the company's leaders if they are interested in better business results and also:

  • Have a curiosity for self-discovery;

  • Are open to change, not just their surroundings but also their personal habits and behaviours;

  • Understand the value of investing time and resources to gain more of both. 


To ensure a significant impact, we typically engage with at least one executive at the C-level, parallel to other leadership team members from your company in the first year.


However, if you, being a non-C-level executive, seek personal/professional growth support, we encourage you to contact us.

Program design

Cocoon Program provides a broad spectrum of support activities, including:

  • Personalised mentoring with your primary mentor, supplemented by topical sessions with other program mentors; 

  • Group sessions with your leadership team Mastermind sessions with other leaders from different companies participating in the program 

  • Transformational events involving a majority of program participants and mentors 

  • And other enriching activities.


Most of the collaboration is online, except for the events. Interactions are typically scheduled every 2-3 weeks per the chosen plan. The program is designed with varying intensity levels to best suit your requirements.


Solo or Team

Cocoon provides support for one or several leadership team members in two distinct ways:

  • Solo - Focuses on the personal and professional development of an individual

  • Team - Focuses on individual growth and reinforces the alignment among the program participants from your company.



Program fees vary from 400-1800 EUR per person per month.

The plan most favoured by C-level executives is 1000 EUR per month, other leaders prefer the 700 EUR per month plan. (+VAT if applicable)

Every one of us has challenges, whether we like it or not.
